Our Delladio Nicoletta farm is located in Trentino<\/strong>, in Lago di Tesero, in the heart of the Val di Fiemme<\/strong>. We live in one of the main Dolomite valleys: the Val di Fiemme<\/strong> extends along the Avisio stream, between the Latemar and Lagorai mountains.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our farm is a family-owned<\/strong> business: we have always been committed to carrying on the tradition of sheep breeding<\/strong> and the love of the territory, taking care of the mowing of lawns<\/strong> and summer pasture. Ours is a family passion<\/strong>, handed down from generation to generation: Nicoletta’s father, “Fero<\/em>“, was a well-known pastor of the Val di Fiemme. Fero<\/em> was one of the last shepherds of the area to leave the characteristic rupestrian symbols called “bol de besa” engraved in the rocks.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are among the founding members of the Val di Fiemme goats<\/strong> association and every year we participate in the organization of the Desmontegada di Cavalese<\/strong>, or rather the “desmontegada de le caore”, the folklore event that is repeated every September, when shepherds and livestock return in the village from the summer pastures.<\/span><\/p>\n

We love nature<\/strong> and we are very fond of our territory: a place characterized by ancient traditions, a pristine environment and a strong identity, which are maintained also through the hard work of farmers, in the pastures and stables, following the rhythm of the seasons.<\/p>\n

With this philosophy of life<\/strong>, even before work, for some years we have created a line of cosmetic products based on goat’s milk<\/em>, milked on our farm. We called it “Soft Nature<\/strong>“. Our intent? Creating a series of quality products<\/strong> designed to take care of themselves<\/strong> in a completely natural<\/strong> way, which could enclose and tell everyone the beauty of our land, our meadows, our mountains, our milk.<\/span><\/p>\n
